Shipping Policy

This page explains how orders from UNTREADS are shipped, how long delivery takes, and what to expect at checkout.
⚠️ Important Update: US Shipping Currently Paused
We are temporarily unable to ship orders to the United States. This is due to new US tariffs and the loss of the de minimis exemption, which have led most carriers to pause shipments from the EU to the US. We hope to resume US shipping soon and will update this page as soon as that happens. If you are shopping from the US, please check back before placing an order, or contact us at info@untreads.com to confirm current availability.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the European Union and the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding to more countries.
Delivery Methods
Depending on your country, your order will be delivered either door-to-door or to a pickup point:
- Door-to-door delivery: Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia, and the United Kingdom.
- Pickup points: All other supported EU countries.
If there is no pickup point within 5 km of your address, or if the item is too large to send to a pickup point, your order will be delivered door-to-door instead.
Carriers
Depending on your location and warehouse of dispatch, your order may be delivered by DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord, or Posti.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed and dispatched the next business day, except for certain made-to-order items, which may take longer — this will be noted on the relevant product page.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- EU: 3–8 business days
- UK: 4–10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary based on your location, customs (where applicable), and carrier conditions. In any event, we will deliver your order within 30 days of your order being confirmed, unless we've agreed a different timeframe with you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart, and are shown to you before you complete your purchase.
If your order includes items that are unusually large in quantity (for example, bulk orders of the same item), we reserve the right to apply an additional shipping charge — we will always contact you before doing so and give you the option to cancel.
Orders shipped to islands or other remote areas may carry a small additional fee to cover the actual extra cost charged by the carrier, with no markup added by us.
Orders With Multiple Brands
If your order contains products from more than one brand, they may be shipped as separate parcels, which can arrive on different days. This is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong with your order. The vast majority of orders (around 95%) involve a single brand and ship together as one parcel.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided for all EU orders and for many UK orders. If your shipping confirmation includes a tracking number, you'll be able to follow your parcel's progress. We're working towards providing tracking for all orders.
Payment
We accept the payment methods available at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Risk and Title
If you are a consumer, risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you only once you (or someone you've nominated) physically receive it. Ownership of the goods passes to you on delivery, provided payment has been received in full.
Problems With Your Delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at info@untreads.com with your order number so we can look into it and make it right.
